Refund Policy


If you purchase your tree in person at one of our physical locations, there are no returns or exchanges.

 If you purchase your tree online via our website or over the phone, you have 24 hours to contact our support team to exchange your tree. You will be charged a delivery fee (fee is based on distance from our lot to you).There are no refunds.

 If you would prefer a larger tree than the one delivered to you, you are responsible for paying the difference.

We cannot guarantee same day deliveries for tree exchanges.
